Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Taxora.pk FBR digital invoice software, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this digital invoice system.
Description of Service
Taxora.pk is a digital invoice management platform for Pakistan. We provide FBR-compliant invoice generation, NTN validation, PRAL integration (live and manual modes), bulk upload, tax compliance reporting, and related features.
User Accounts
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraudulent activity.
Subscription and Payment
Services are offered through subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel through account settings; changes apply at the next billing cycle.
User Conduct
You must not violate laws, create false or fraudulent invoices, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the system, use unauthorized automation, or share credentials.
Tax Compliance
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice data and compliance with Pakistan tax laws. We provide tools to assist but do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Intellectual Property
The Taxora.pk platform is our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission. You retain ownership of your data and invoices.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 2026.
